No. RE Smith Construction is commercial and industrial only—we do not build new homes or handle residential remodeling projects.
02What's the difference between design-build, general contracting and construction management?
With design-build, you sign one contract and one team handles both design and construction. With general contracting, your architect finishes the design and we build it. With construction management, we act as your agent from early design through closeout. Our Services page walks through all seven ways to work with us.
03Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. RE Smith Construction is fully licensed, bonded and insured.
04Where can I find current bids and view plans on RE Smith projects?
Current bids and bid documents are posted in our Plan Room.
05How do I get on your bid list?

06How to become a qualified subcontractor?
Send us your company information, trade, insurance details and any pre-qualification information through our Contact page. Our office will follow up about getting you qualified for upcoming projects.
07How do I fill out a job application or apply for a job?
